Hazel Almr

Eyes rest upon you, but from where? For a moment, the unease passes off you—a brief reprieve, although it doesn't last. Again you feel an almost imperceptible weight on you; however, this time you find the source. There they are; a long, whip-like tail coils around their ankles and hovers just above the ground, its ebony scales reflecting little light as it twitches back and forth. Against their pale blue skin, more collections of black scales dot their legs, their arms, their body, and their face.Pale straw-coloured locks tumble down their pensive face like a gentle waterfall, and when they speak, their eastern accent is faint but apparent. They peer at you with clear, almost white, glittering eyes, surrounded by oppressive black limbal rings, and around those bright pools of moonlight are red shadows.

When you first meet Hazel, it’s impossible not to notice the quiet intensity that surrounds them. Their pale blue skin catches your attention immediately, but it’s their eyes that truly hold you—pale yellow, almost white, with bold black limbal rings that seem to spill into their eyes ever so slightly. There’s something about the way those eyes meet yours that feels both unguarded and deeply introspective, as if they see far beyond the surface.Hazel introduces themselves with a voice that is calm yet deliberate, each word chosen with care. They carry the weight of their heritage as the sole survivor of their nomadic Ejinn tribe, and though they might not say it outright, you might sense the deep connection they feel to their lost people. Yet, there’s something strikingly modern about them too—a way they’ve taken the threads of their past and woven them into a uniquely personal identity. Their style reflects this perfectly: intricate patterns and accessories that speak of the tribe, paired with unexpected designs and details that are all their own.Spending even a short time with Hazel, you might notice their thoughtful nature. They don’t rush to speak, and when they do, their words feel meaningful, often laced with sharp wit or surprising humour. You quickly get the sense that they are a seeker—of truths, of stories, of places in this vast and often chaotic world. And while there’s a strength to their quiet demeanour, you might also feel an openness that makes it easy to trust them, as if they carry no pretence.Hazel doesn’t demand attention, yet they have a way of drawing it effortlessly. Whether it’s their appearance, their words, or the enigmatic aura they carry, there’s something about them that might make you want to know more. However, as you stand there, engaged in conversation, you can’t shake the feeling that there's something in the echo of their voice. Something in the way their eyes are constantly unfocusing, only to snap back on you as if nothing was wrong. The way they stand too still, even their hair refusing to shift in the wind.

★ = Normal
★★ = Uncommon
★★★ = Rare (please ask before using)

★ - Hazel can be seen sketching, or watching people. They carry around a sketchbook, and charcoal pen, and is often sketching.

★ - If you're in to Fishing, you've probably seen Hazel on the ocean fishing cruises. They love fishing, and frequents them.

★ - If you're in to Triple Triad, you've likely seen Hazel at more than one tournament. They're an avid player, and collector, and often attends the tournaments.

★★ - Hazel has very peculiar aether. It seems to waver and wobble, and overlaps itself at times, like two auras are trying to co-exist in a space far too small for them. If you're keen to aether, you might pick up on the shifts and tension the two bundles of aether express, most notably causing Hazel to experience micro-dissonances.

★★ - As an architect, Hazel has consulted on several projects in Ishgard, and several states in the east. If you have ties to anything that would allow you to be privy to the design plans or notations of urban buildings, and construction, you might notice their name. They have most recently been consulted, and given designs to the Ishgard construction of the Empyreum.

★★ - If you are Ejinn or have knowledge of Ejinn tribes, you might have heard of a tribe to the north of the Ruby Sea which was attacked, and wiped out some almost two decades ago with no known survivours. The Alamiri were a tribe of Ejinn divers, and pearl farmers, spending most of their lives in the north seas, rarely coming to land, only to sell and trade. Their pale blue skin, and light colour hair were complimented by a red dye they wore around their eyes.

★★★ - If you have some deep, and rather niche underworld knowledge of the Eastern kind, you might have heard of a dark shadow which swept over certain members of the criminal underworld, wiping them out, leaving nothing but scattered pearls where they last were seen. It's said that death itself came to avenge a decimated Ejinn tribe, and systematically wiped out every agressor involved in it save for the highest leaders. The dark shadow was seen only once, emerging from a black and red abyss. A small, flowing creature clad in black and red robes with a large harpoon styled scythe, It's moonlit eyes had red light surrounding them, emulating the appearance of its' tribe's former glory.

Hello, and thank you for making it this far~ I'm usually around somewhere as sleep issues are a thing. Being 21+ I would prefer mature players who are also 21+. If you have any questions or concerns about the RP feel free to message me to talk about it.Please be aware that anything which occurs in RP is not reflective of me in RL, OOC should not be confused with RP, and vice versa. If you have a hard time keeping your RP / OOC seperate then please reconsider RPing with me as I don't like the drama and misconceptions which come with them.
